    I have been doing astrology readings since 2021 and love structuring my day around astrology. I can provide natal chart readings, business readings, help you with navigating your routine and lifestyle with astrology, and also provide synastry readings between parents and their kids.

  • Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork

    I have taught personal yoga sessions for individuals and businesses for years. I also teach meditation and breath work strategies. Lastly, I can perform Reiki healing to cleanse the aura and the main energy centers in the body.

  • A Health and Wellness Educator

    I LOVE teaching people about their body, and have guided people through many one-on-one sessions providing information on breathing techniques, anatomy lessons, various types of self-massage, and more. When people book me for this, it is strictly health & wellness education and is not a therapist-client relationship.

Schedule a Session

Pregnancy, Labor, and Postpartum Education Sessions:

  • Get 1 hour with me where I discuss what the pelvic floor is, how pregnancy affects it, and how to prepare it for a healthy pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period.

  • You will get a powerpoint with resources, information, and tools to help you know what exercises to do, how to respond to labor, and how to recover after baby.

  • This 1 hour zoom session is not a consultation for your pelvic floor specifically, but instead a mini course full of collected information to help you in your pregnancy journey. Price is $100, but you can have others join in the zoom if they’d like.

Astrology Readings:

All readings are done over a 1 hour zoom call where we go over charts and the information together. I take extensive notes to do the reading, and you get a copy of those notes as well. $120.

  • Birth Chart Readings: A reading that explains your birth chart, your strengths, your weaknesses, and how to find success in certain areas of your life.

  • Scheduling Your Day and Life With Astrology: A reading where I go over how to structure your day and year with astrology, focusing on what times of the year are best for what, and what days of the week to schedule what.

  • A Next Year Overview: a session where we go over what future transits look like, using projections, your chart ruler, and even zodiacal releasing techniques.

Other Services:

Personalized Meditation: Through a zoom call (or in person if you are in San Diego, CA), we will perform a 10-20 min meditation. Prior to the start of the meditation we will go over anything that’s been coming up for you recently, then we can review how you feel at the end of the session to answer any remaining questions.

  • $40 for the zoom session

  • $60 for the in person session

Personalized Breathing Session: Through a zoom call (or in person if you’re in San Diego, CA) we will go over various breathing techniques which takes about 15 min to go through. You get the chance to find what works best to relax your nervous system and then we can perform that specific breathing exercise together for 5 min. You will have enough time to ask any questions before or after the session.

  • $30 for the zoom session

  • $50 for the in person session

  • For a 15 min video you can keep with no zoom call: $15

Reiki/Aura Cleansing: Through a zoom call (or in person if you’re in San Diego CA) we will go through a 1 hour Reiki session where I cleanse and balance your aura and the 7 chakras.

  • $50 through the zoom session

  • $80 for the in person session
